1. Rent is $650 monthly, one month deposit. All inclusive, wireless,
utilities, access to all amenities in the house such as kitchen, TV,
storage area, etc.
2. The room is fully furnished, with a queen size bed, closet, room for
desk and some space left. I don't have the exact dimension, but you can
view the photo of the room and the house in the link below.

3. My wife, my mother and I live in the house, which is 3300 square feet
in size. Both my wife and I are working professional, my mother is
retired.

We have no kids, no pets, very simple family, with an extra room on the
first floor that used to be a den. It's a brand new space that have never
been occupied before, with brand new hardwood floor. There is a suite with
a built-in bathroom and shower.

We are looking for female professional like yourself, stable and looking
for semi long term stay. I would prefer a minimum of six month stay or
more, as I don't wish to seek roommate frequently. We are very easy to get
along with, only requirement is we are very neat and clean, if you see the
house you would understand, looking for tenant with similar habits.
