Price: $1050/month + utilities (around $10 for Internet,
$20 for gas and electricity, and $35 for water and sewer)

One spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom is for rent in a 2-bedroom,
1-bathroom apartment. Male and female applicants are welcome. The living room
is occupied by a male Foothill College student (Taiwanese), and the other room
is occupied by a male professional (ABC).

Ideally, we are looking for at least a 3-month lease, but we can discuss
further options on the phone if you require a shorter or longer lease.

The apartment is within walking distance of downtown, Caltrain, VTA light rail
, and 30+ businesses, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery stores.
However, the immediate neighborhood is rather quiet. From the apartment, it is
a 10-minute walk to Steven Creek Trail and its relaxing scenery!

We are 30 minutes from the main Stanford campus by bike or Caltrain and a
10-15-minute drive from Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Tesla, Facebook, and
all the major tech companies.
