2005/12 獲得LC substitution機會(eb2)

2006/8/8 I-485 approved

N-400申請地點: 北加州聖荷西; (2011年)
5/10 N-400 sent
5/12 Priority date
5/27 Finger print notice sent
6/20 Finger print appointment
6/22 Interview notice sent
7/27 Interview appointment
7/27 RFE issued (need to wait 12 more days to meet residency requirement)
8/8 RFE reviewed (綠卡滿五年)
8/12 oath ceremony notice sent
8/25 oath ceremony

我是在滿五年前三個月寄出，PD是兩天後，面談日期是約80天後，還未滿五年
所以雖然面談通過，但無法approve，必須等到滿五週年後才能通過
才會寄出宣誓的通知信

考的題目比想像中簡單，最難的一題是: 獨立宣言的作者是誰?
其他題都不難
(100題題庫裡有5~10題是相當難的，不讀不會，但這次幾乎都沒考出來)
讀、寫的句子也都只有4~5個字
