N400 - 兵役問題回答 - 移民

小弟最近正在填寫線上N400，爬了一下文發現還沒有人真正整理過關於兵役的問題如何回答，以下分享給大家。

註1: 這些回答是參考當初申請綠卡時公司的律師寫的，如果有誤請指正，謝謝!
註2: 線上N400沒有題號，以下是依當時出現的順序來排列

Section: Moral Character/Party or group affiliations

Question: "Provide information about your membership, involvement, or association with an organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world."
Answer:
- Group name: "The Taiwan (Republic of China) Army"
- Group purpose: "Military Unit"
- Dates you were a memebr: <Date>

Question: "Were you EVER a member of, or did you EVER serve in, help, or otherwise participate in, a military unit?"
Answer: "YES"
Provide an explanation:
"From <Date> to <Date> I was a member of the Republic of China Armed Forces in Taiwan (ROC)."

Question: "Did you EVER receive any type of military, paramilitary (a group of people who act like a military group but are not part of the official military), or weapons training?"
Answer: "YES"
Provide an explanation:
"From <Date> to <Date>, when I was a member of the Republic of China Armed Forces in Taiwan (ROC), I received basic weapons training as part of the program."
