N400填表問題 - 移民

看完了M476和N400，填N400有幾個地方不太確定，還請版友們指教(鞠躬)。

1. 我拿到綠卡後一開始在加州念。2014.8月來伊利諾州念書，綠卡持有者搬家照說要通知
移民局。我之前都沒有這麼做，現在需要做任何補救嗎?(我永久地址是持綠卡以來一直
都寫加州親戚家啦)
2. 我來伊利諾州後一直忘了去申請伊利諾州的ID(加州的ID還在)。申請新的州ID時間不長
會不會反而不算個好....證據？(就用房租和電費帳單當證據就好？)
3. 2013年底為了實習曾經搬離加州到東岸，先住親戚家兩週，後來找到短租公寓(幾個月
寫過去住過的地方時，要連東岸親戚家也寫進去嗎？需要證據的話有點麻煩，但不寫的
話居住時間又不連貫。
4. 2014.12 我坐Cruise去墨西哥玩，台灣護照上沒標註(但回美國港口的時候有填表格，
所以還是有紀錄，但護照只翻了一下就還我，沒蓋章)，上岸(待墨西哥島嶼)時間也不
超過24小時，這樣該不該寫呢？若要，是以在美國港口上船和下船當出入境時間點嗎？
5. 我剛拿到綠卡的前幾年還在台灣念書，也不知道要繳稅(2010年才開始繳，2011年開始
長住美國)，關於下面這兩條規則，我該怎麼做呢？我也只能提供2010年開始的報稅影

"If you have ever failed to file an income tax return since you became a
Lawful Permanent Resident, send: All correspondence with the IRS regarding your
failure to file." (M476 pdf的p. 52)
"If you have taken any trip outside the United States that lasted 6 months or
more since becoming a Lawful Permanent Resident, send evidence that you (and
your family) continued to live, work and/or keep ties to the United States,
such as: An IRS tax return “transcript” or an IRS-certified tax return
listing tax information for the last 5 years (or for the last 3 years if
you are applying on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen)." (M476 pdf的p.51)
6. 承上，N400 (page 13) 7 A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or
local tax return since you became a Permanent Resident?
B. If "Yes," did you consider yourself to be a "non-U.S. resident"?
我一開始拿到綠卡的時候沒報(並非這五年內)，所以7A應該一定要寫Y吧？7B我若寫N
說因為不需"繳稅"所以當初不知道要報，不知這樣是否符合情理？
7 . N400 (page 13) 8 Have you ever been a member of, involved in, or in any
way associated with, any organization, association, fund, foundation, party
, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other
location in the world? 學術上是某association的(繳費)會員需寫進去嗎？加分
還是自找麻煩呢?
