Hello!
I'm looking for a girl housemate in 4 bedrooms & 2bathrooms house. There are3
females living together now.
其中我是台灣人還有一位韓國人和一位新加坡人

租約到年底 所以只有三個月短租 Oct~Dec

Location
: The house is located in San Jose, near Cataldi park.
Safeway, Target, Costco, Lucky, Sprout, Hmart, Ranch 99 and Great mall are
within 10mins away. Also the house is very closed to Hwy 280 and Montague
Expy.

Price
: Monthly room rent is $820. Deposit $820 is required when moving in. The
price is only covered the room, and Wifi, Water and PG&E bills will be paid
by all housemates evenly when the bills are delivered.
Pictures of room below is just to show how it looks and how big it is. the
room is same size as this picture.
The house is pretty big, clean and quiet. We are looking for the housemates
who is respectful, organizing, clean and friendly.
