job description
1. answer customer phone calls
2. paper works and documentation
3. need to make phone calls to solve pending cases
4. help other workers prepare files

skills required:
1. must know how to use office software
2. must be fluent in English
3. having work authorization is a plus, GC, H1B or citizenship
4. experience in office administration is a plus.

The job is considered easy and has very light workload
compared to the pay grade.
