Volunteers will be cooking up a storm of sausages from 9am,
which can be purchased for $2 and drinks for $1.

Food will be available from 9am and will be cooked and served by volunteers
until supplies are exhausted. Live entertainment will commence at 9.30am and
the event is scheduled to finish at 12.15pm.

The Queen is due to arrive at 11.10 am and depart at 11.55am.

9.00am Sausages are sizzling and ready to eat
9.30am Pre-entertainment commences
10.55am The Royal Motorcade departs Government House
11.10am The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh arrive at the barbecue
11.55am The Royal Motorcade departs
12.15pm Event concludes
