東北季風跟三巴颱風外圍氣流的合流影響如預期逐漸顯現~
不過風向還蠻偏北的~主要是颱風走向仍維持北上~而沒有往北北西偏的情況~
風向不夠東北~反而是以北北東到北風的角度下來~
所以今天實際來看~北部的降雨反而比東北部的宜蘭要明顯得多~
明天颱風持續北上~台灣這邊的風向角度應該只會更為正北~
提醒北部山區要嚴防豪大雨現象~
如果回波沿山往南延伸~說不定連中部山區都要稍微注意一下~
宜蘭地區雖然因為風向的關係~看起來降雨沒有先前想像的多~
但還是不能掉以輕心~因為明天颱風相對更靠近~風速也會更大~
雖然風向角度不是正衝宜蘭~但是降雨還是會有的~
山區仍然會有比較大的雨量出現~
颱風的走向會不斷影響到風吹來的角度~差一點對台灣的影響情況就會不同~
在後天乾空氣南下之前~請北台灣的朋友都要戒備~小心駛得萬年船~
