入夜後~經過約兩小時的打轉~
蘇拉再度往西北方向開始移動~仍然往宜蘭東方近海靠近中~
目前蘇澳跟宜蘭站的氣壓持續下降中~
未來數小時內的變化非常值得注意~
花蓮以南測站的風力持續變小~氣壓也很低~背風低壓漸趨明顯~
不過焚風似乎尚未發生~
這個背風低壓會不會吸引颱風也要多觀察~
目前從宜蘭一直到西半部的風力都很大~
包括東北風跟西北風的影響已經非常明顯~
颱風核心部分環流持續往北台灣靠近~北部東北部的風力有再增強的趨勢~
請大家可以的話~今晚不要再外出了~留在家中躲避颱風比較好~
