three bed apartment in a fancy building. 5 min walk to yellow/blue
line Crystal city metro station. 20 mins walk to Pentagon city fashion center. near the Costco, Harris Teeters and shoppers. plenty of restaurants nearby.

You will be sharing the apartment with the other two roommates
who are students from GWU. The rent will be 620 per month plus
utilities and cable. You will need to sign the lease through
next June. The other two roommates would probably extend the
lease but you can consider if you want to extend it or not.

The room is the second room in the apartment with great view
and a build-in double door closet. It can be furnished or unfurnished.
The bathroom is right beside the room shared by another female roommate.
The kitchen is quite big with washer and dryer.

There are gym, business center, pool, swimming pool and
24-hour doorman in the building. The laundry room is located at lower level.
