dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
There is an elevator and coin operated washing machines in the building.

This is a very large room with ample walk in closet and gets great light
pretty much all day (4 windows) and views (4th floor).

Location: Nob Hill, on Pine St. between Leavenworth St. and Hyde St.
Half block from 24 hour Cala Foods supermarket, 1 block from post office, 2
blocks from Polk street with stores and restaurants. Easy access to Muni
lines #27, #1, #19 and California Cable car that will take you downtown, to
the financial district and Soma. Walk to the Union Square area in 20 minutes.

Rent is $887 plus half the utilities bill - electricity, gas and internet -
which varies depending on usage.

About me: 25 male AAU University student from Taiwan, interested in
photography, travel and biking.

About you:
You are employed or in school (student is preferred)
YOU pay rent on time
YOU respect your housemate, don't be loud.
YOU will be expected to clean up after yourself in the common areas.
(it doesn't matter your room is clean or clutter, that's your private area)

*Be honest, my room usually messy, but my current housemate and I usually
keep common area reasonably clean, but not extremely neat
*I prefer the next tenant could take a room for 6 moth at least.
*One month deposit is required.

you do for a living, what do you like to do for fun, etc.

No pets, no smoking, no overnight stays and no partying.
Move in date is flexible although we are hoping you can move in by early
October.
