10minute-walk to Porter Square, Supermarket, pharmacy, and hospital.
Rent includes one private parking - $500 plus internet ($18)
and Electricity ($20 - $60)
(You need the first/last month rent in the beginning for the contract.)
*On-street parking is also available.
*This is a 1BR apartment, and you take the living room.
You need a curtain or something to cover for the entrance of your room.
*You share the kitchen/dining room and bathroom with a female Lesley graduate. *Kitchen utensils are fully set – you don’t need to buy anything to cook at home! *No smoking, no pets.
