roommate wanted! south loop nice condo~close to everything - 芝加哥

I am a grad student in Roosevelt,

and looking for someone can share this nice 1 bedroom condo with me

in south loop. Less than 5 min. walk to all the CTA lines;

less than 10 min. walk to Columbia College, Roosevelt;

It's in a very nice and safe neighborhood!

You can have your own room, which is quite big w/ huge closet;

or if you don't mind to live in Living room and pay less

The condo is almost 1000 sf. has gym, laundry room downstairs

I have 2 dogs, one is husky, the other is lab

I am looking for someone that isn't too loud, love dogs, clean

$700 per month for the room; or $625 for the living room and share 1/2 utilities.
