The location is near Croplay VTA station and Great Mall.
(It only takes 5 mins to walk to the VTA station.)
The house owner also lives here and there's another male roommate.

By the way, the house owner is very nice and friendly.
He and the other roomate are both Taiwanese.
So they pretty welcome Taiwanese guy.
