We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant who is responsible
and detail-oriented to support our fast growing business.

Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities :
1. Process daily sales orders and input into sales database
2. Retrieve and answer general incoming emails
3. Organize and maintain data filing system
4. Track customers AR / credits
5. Interact with forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments
6. Generate routine reports from MIS for meeting purpose
7. Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications :
1. BA/BS degree
2. Related experience a plus, but willing to learn is key
3. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Good organizational skills to complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
6. Professional attitude and strong work ethic
