我朋友的室友準備要搬出去跟他女朋友住，所以想找可以替代的新室友。

地點：Downtown San Jose

租期：即日起~五月底之間可搬入，合約到今年9月底，想續約的話10月可renew
(會請leasing center把你的名字會正式放在合約上，有保障)

房型/租金：Master bedroom (私人衛浴在房間裡),
$1525 per month plus half of the utilities.

Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse near downtown San Jose. The bedroom is 12x12 master bedroom with big windows, private bathroom, and lots of natural light. Large walk-in closet has plenty of space! (Furniture in bedroom is leaving.
Furniture in dining room and living room is staying) Apartment is spacious 3 story townhouse near downtown San Jose, SAP Center, and central access to Silicon Valley.

About me(會跟你住的人): I'm a tech professional working at a startup in north San Jose. I work during the week and enjoy working on my car and relaxing when I'm at home. My current roommate is moving out to move in with his girlfriend and I'm looking for a roommate who wants to share the apartment, has a job, is laid back, keeps things relatively clean, and enjoys a good pun. I'll consider your laid-back and well-trained dog (subject to community rules and pet fees), but no other pets please.
