We are work-study couple in our middle 20s. We are friendly, respectful,
clean, open to communication and prefer quiet environment. We are seeking for

About cost

$1300 for the room per month.
Utility will be a separate bill per person included electricity, gas,
water.(garbage if needed)
$1300 for deposit
At least until 1/28/2017. Renew applicable
