You can own a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 small
closets. The bedroom and bathroom are connected. You control your own in-unit
furnace (unfurnished) and have your own hot water heater.
I'm the current tenant, and a germaphobe... I "sanitize" the kitchen and
bathroom every week.
Off-street parking is available. Water, parking and trash hauling are
included.
The property manager is a nice and helpful guy. Should you need any
