例如再另外申請一張EAD卡之類的?

已跟美籍老公在台灣登記結婚 目前老公在台灣工作，但有想要明年搬回美國 所以我現在在想該在台灣申請綠卡還是明年回去先用ESTA再轉換身份呢？ 如果回去的話應該是明年7月，但不知那時能否拿到移民簽證，若沒拿到似乎是要用K3配偶簽回去，感覺有點多此一舉？想請問前輩們是不是用ESTA就好呢？ 謝謝～ -- Se ...
