Sign the contract for at least one year from middle of Jan or

the beginning of February.

Furniture: well-equipped. With floors, washing-machine, oven, bed, shelves,

desks, frige, etc....

Roomate: a male PhD student in Chemistry.

Defect: You can not use the address or you should pay the tax.
