Sublet 3/1-8/31, 1 room at Brookline - 波士頓

Dear all,

This is the front room in an apartment of 4 bedrooms.
The room is sunny, lovely and cozy with basic furniture.
The contract needs to be signed until 8/31/2008,
with one-month security deposit and last month rent.
The rent is $675 per month plus $85 unities.

Location is excellent,
10-15 minutes walking to B line and C line,
closed to Coolidge Corner, Trader Joe’s, local restaurants, CVS,
bookstores, and all kinds of entertainments!

The area is very nice.
Brookline is one of the greatest areas to live in Boston.
It’s safe to walk back for girls even late at night.
(This is my own experience, I have class until 10 pm two times a week)

I won’t consider moving without personal reasons.
Roommates are fantastic! They are all BU students.
