It's a three-bed and one-bath apt. I'm subleting one of the room.
The room is furnished. Female only.
Two other roomates are taiwanese girls.
They are graduate students and both are very nice.

(hot water/heat/cable/electricity/Internet).

We have a living room, porch and a small kichten.
