Summer Sublet (June 1st~Sep. 1st) (代PO) - 波士頓

I am subletting my room in a 3 bedroom apartment from June 1st to
September 1st. My apartment has three stories. There is a kitchen,
a bathroom, a living room and a dining room on the first floor.

My room is on the third floor. This master bedroom has 2 closets
and one of them is a huge walk-in closet. My room is fully furnished
with a coffee table, a double-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, a lamp and a TV stand.

The apartment has laundry facility. It is 1 minute walk to the train
station, and 3 minutes walk to Harvard Avenue. It is close to 2 grocery
stores( Super 88 and Shaws) and public transportation such as bus and train.

The monthly rent will be $1,000 including utilities.
