2/2 furnished, utility included for 950 dollars is a pretty good deal.

Favort Tower is also a good option.
It is located in the medical center,
right across the street from BCM main campus,
only the furniture is a bit ugly, and you have to make sure
not producing any smoke when you cook (very sensitive smoke detectors).

The furnished apartments usually provide mattress,
but you always have to prepare your own beddings
such as comforter, cover, pillows.
