Primero Grove位於UC Davis校園內，出租者必須是UCD學生。

我出租的是3 Bedroom apartment內的master bedroom.

附自己的浴室和walk in closet.

房租一個月$576附網路和電視。

Apartment common room裡有免費咖啡/熱巧克力/熱茶可以隨便拿。

另外兩個女室友都是平常很忙的研究所學生，不過都很friendly很好相處。

2010年1月1號起租，有需要了話也可以在12月底搬進來。

This is a three bedroom apartment in Primero Grove, located ON UC DAVIS
CAMPUS.
One MASTER BEDROOM with WALK IN CLOSET and its OWN BATHROOM availible for
rent $576/month or $288/m if shared by two people, starting from January 1,
2010.
Earlier move in date is negotiable.
You will be sharing the apartment with two very friendly female students.
