I’m a UCLA undergraduate student looking for housing in the Westwood area.

I’m looking for a single private room. It can either be an apartment or

homestay. The location must be in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

I prefer all utilities (electricity and water) under the coverage of rent.

Need a parking space.
