Hi~ Do you need a temporary lovely place to stay? I need one or two girls to
take over my lease from now to 30th June 2011~

Beautifully decorated two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, very close to
UCLA. 15 minutes walking distance; usually you could just take UCLA Bruin Bus
to the campus for free. Utilities are all included in the rent ($650 shared
room or $1250 a private room). The building is secured; the appartment and
the room are both completely furnished (you have a closet, desk, bed,
bookshelves in the room)

* Large private bedroom or shared bedroom
* Quiet and nice living environment and safe appartment
* Full kitchen with plenty of storage
* Nice wooden floor
* Walking distance to bus stop's, 24/7 supermarkets, coffee shops,banks, etc.
* Very close to UCLA
* Roommates are UCLA students
* Sorry no pets.

Either you could take the shared room for $650/month or as a private for
$1250/month (Security deposit is 2 months).
Just bring your stuffs and you could move in ~
