Hi everyone,

I want to sublease my studio on W. 27th street from June 1, 2009 to July 31,
2009. (The Spencer Apartment)

Monthly Rent is $1,000 which includes water and trash service. Fully
furnished (including a queen size bed and a sofa), private bath, kitchen with
electric stove, and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer inside the
apartment.
5-8 minute walking distance from north of USC, and the USC tram stop is just
at the corner. Near supermarkets and bank.

It's especially suitable as short-term stay for summer school students or new
students who want to search for housing in the following year.
