USS Constitution Opens 2014 July 4 Cruise Lottery

"Each winner will be allowed to bring one guest. All guests must be between
the ages of eight and 70 years old and be physically able to travel up and
down steep ladder wells and stand for prolonged periods of time in weather
that may consist of high temperatures or rain. Entries must be made by
completing the entry form on Constitution's official website and returning
it by e-mail or standard mail."
