visa bulletin 日期意義 /140 485 - 移民

表A是審理排期，該日期超過PD你的I-485才會通過、才能拿到綠卡
表B是遞件排期，該日期超過PD你才能遞送I-485

: August 8, 2014, so at this time your case is eligible for filing, and
: eligible to have the green card issued once USCIS has completed processing.
: 但是依照最新的visa bulletin EB3 的日期是 01OCT15
這是表A的日期
表B的日期是01Jan16
: 那這個日期的意義是什麼? 為什麼律師會說Aug 2014 又說我已經可以遞件?
A>PD: I-485能通過
B>PD: 能遞I-485
你的例子:
01Jan16 > 08Aug14，所以你能遞件
01OCT15 > 08Aug14，所以你的485能被核准(官方審理時間約4個月起)
: 這個遞件指的是I-140 ?
不是，I-140和這個無關。
: 之前爬文，485要等140審過之後才會開始沈
未必，有可能預先審，但這不重要。預先審完也要等到A>PD及140通過後才能通過
: 所以同時遞交I-140 和 I-485 或是等到140批准後再遞交485有差別嗎?
同時遞交一定比較快，因為I-485是照著先來後到的順序來審(前題是A>PD才能核准)
如果你本人或配偶有人是F/J身份，就不宜同時送，以免失敗後身份出問題
因為要延長F/J身份不能夠有移民意圖
