問過身邊的朋友沒有人有相關經驗

所以把這個機會放上來供各位能人參考

根據我朋友的說法 雖然qualifications裡說英文能力要excellent

但公司裡還是有不少英文非母語員工(例如華人和印度人)

只要溝通沒有問題他們在這點上面不會太苛

Job Title: J2EE Web Systems Lead Architect/Java Programmer/Systems Analyst

Pay Scale: Can pay up to $120,000 onsite or up to $80 as independent contractor

Location: 30 minutes drive from Chicago downtown

Onsite Hours: The Web Programmer typically works 45-50 hours/week

Key Areas of Responsibility:

*Manage and execute timely completion of company Tech Requests and technical
projects as determined by senior management.

*Develops, maintains, and provides support for IT systems, including integrity,
security and documentation.

*Assists others in the selection and usage of system applications and hardware
appropriate to the needs of the project and cross training other staff members

*Due to the fact that we are a small business with big goals, you will be
asked at times for you to perform other technical duties outside of your core
essential duties. A flexible and friendly generalist is worth more to us than
a genius specialist.

Qualifications:

*Proven accomplishments in e-commerce programming and transactional processing
environment.

*No more than 2 employers since 2003.

*Must have excellent English verbal and written skills and proven track record
with J2EE, Oracle and JBoss.

*Must have successful track record of having led IT teams to successful,
on-time completions of large-scale projects.

*Full understanding of industry standard best practices, including legacy
migration to modern systems.

*Full understanding of software development life cycle.

*Must be able to document their high level software designs using MS Visio and
UML.

*Must have minumum of 3 years of J2EE.

*Must have computer science degree.

*Experience with Oracle, Adobe, UML and Access a plus.

*Possess full lifecycle project management experience in 24x7 e-commerce
processing and transactional processing projects, electronic publishing,
image processing, or operation of WWW servers.

*Experience with hands-on web design, real-time transaction systems and
programming experience is desired.

*Broad knowledge of hardware, networking, internet programming and software
options for an IT system.
