Hi, all,
Me and my housemate are looking for one more
housemate (male/female) who are willing to share a 3b3b apartment with us,
the apartment is located on Santa Monica Blvd. and Federal Ave.
The master bedroom will be available from February 1st.
You will have your own bathroom in your room.
It is 1285 Square ft.It is a great location that has a boba store and a gym
at the first floor of the building. There are many good restaurants that are
walking distance, and the grocery store is just a block away.
Furthermore, there are post office, bank, theater, all within a block or two.
There is also a bus stop right in front of the apartment too.
We have laundry in the unit, but the rent does not include utility and
internet fees, so we will need to share it evenly.

樓下就有飲料店以及健身房，加油站、超市、shopping mall就在附近，生活機能非常好
到UCLA有公車直達，樓下轉角就是公車站，離SMC也很近
室友皆為生活作息正常的工作人士（一男一女皆為台灣人），不菸不酒不開趴
沒有寵物沒有不良嗜好。
一個月租金$1,424+$150停車位，水電瓦斯網路另外均分
此區治安非常好，加上房子內就有洗衣烘衣機
Leasing Manager也非常負責，有問題打電話傳簡訊都會幫忙
