Spacious and furnished room in a 2B2B apartment for summer sublease, starting
from 6/21 to 9/30. Short terms are also negotiable.
You have your own furnished room and bathroom, with full access to cable,
wireless internet, and kitchen area.
Inside your room you will have a L-shape desk, full size bed, nightstand,
bookshelf, IKEA armchair with stool, half side of a walk-in closet (1.5m x
2m).
The kitchen has microwave, stove and oven, dish washer, fridge, 電鍋, free to
use, just clean up afterwards.
The living room is very spacious with a futon, sofa for 2, TV and dining
table.
Coin laundry is available at first floor of unit.

Location: 3741 Westwood Blvd. (close to venice blvd, 3 min to I-10, I-405)
Can take Big blue bus 12 or super 12 to UCLA (~ 20-30 min). 5 min walk to
supermarket (Ralphs), MacDonald's, CPK, and Jack in the box.

I am going away to the bay area for summer intern. My roommate is an outgoing
male PhD student in UCLA. If you are clean and responsible, you wont have any
problems living with him, and We dont mind male/female tenants.
