I'm subleasing my bedroom from March 20th to Aug 31st.

It's located at a very convenient area, many restaurants and supermarkets are
within walking distance. It will have one roommate, he's currently a student.

The apartment has two stories, the dinning room and kitchen is on the first
floor and two bedrooms are on the second floor. The bedroom is very large and
a private bathroom is included within the bedroom. The bedroom has heat/cool
AC and two closets. One parking spot comes with the bedroom, and the
apartment is gated so it's safe and quite in the night.
