I am looking to find 1 or 2 people to rent a bedroom in my
3-bedroom North Beach flat. The room that is available is 114 sq feet,
monthly rent is $1850($2250 if 2 people living in the room).
Wonderfully large windows, and really bright due to the location.
Room is available for immediate move-in.

About the place:
It is a 3 bedroom flat with a kitchen, living-room, and bathroom.
It had undergone a remodel so new laminate floors, brand new cabinets
in the kitchen, and new bathroom. The place is superbly placed
right next to the bars and restaurants of North Beach, but it is not loud.
We also get roof access with pretty amazing views.
