（中央社記者林紳旭台北13日電）中央氣象局表示，三巴颱風今晚8時的威力再增，變為
強烈颱風，預估路徑朝琉球，明天起東部沿海有長浪發生。
氣象局指出，強颱三巴晚間8時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方約1120公里，以每小時16公里
速度，向北轉北北西進行，近中心最大風速每秒51公尺，瞬間最大陣風每秒63公尺，7級
風半徑200公里。
明天下午起，台灣東南部、東部地區、恆春半島及蘭嶼、綠島沿岸將有長浪出現，民眾應
注意。
氣象局說，強颱三巴外圍環流預估在15、16日影響台灣，行進的路徑和原先預估差不多，
朝琉球方向。
在天氣方面，氣象局說，從明天起北部、東北部和東南部及金門、馬祖，受到鋒面通過和
東北季風的影響，天氣變得不穩定，有短暫陣雨，中南部地區則有午後雷陣雨。1010913
