及網路上的，
都只找到了打電話的方式～
但因不住台北，且沒有市內電話，
只能用手機打，打了超過半小時了，還是沒接，
由於心驚驚，就把電話掛了……
到底大家都是如何打進去的？什麼時間點比較好打？
或是還有其它的方式可以退票及改期呢？
