1. Close to UMCP campus (8-10 min drive); there’s also a bus stop at
the community to Beltway Plaza and Greenbelt metro station.
2. Convenience: 2 min drive to Giant; 5 min to Greenway Center
(Safeway, Starbucks, Dollar Store, Chinese restaurant, etc.); 10 min
to Beltway Plaza (Giant, Target, Marshall’s, etc.)
3. Quiet neighborhood
