I have a two bedroom + dinning room (which is as big as a bed room;
so it’s like have 3 bed room except dinning room has no door) apt for
short term lease from Aug 26 night till Aug 31 (6 night). Rent include
electricity, hot water but no phone. The apt has refrigerator, cooking
stove and oven but other than that, the room is not furnished. I can
leave a futon mattress if you need it to sleep on. The place is 5 min
walk to Coolidge corner, 7 min to longwood medical area (3 min walk
to Green C line st Paul stop and 5 min walk to D line longwood stop).
It is also 5 min walk to trader Joes Grocery store and 8 min walk
to stop and shop grocery store. 10 min ride on the T will take you to
down town boston. You will have choice to renew the lease if you
like the place from sep 1. The total rent will be 360$
(you have the whole apt, no share). IF you are interested,
please let me know your purpose of stay/how many people.
