印度儲備銀行將發行印上"第19屆英聯邦運動會"的新硬幣 - 印度

印度儲備銀行(RBI)即將發行新的5元、2元硬幣，上面將印上第19屆英聯邦運動會的
標誌。

這兩種硬幣背面正中央處將用英文寫上: "XIX Commonwealth Games, 2010-Delhi"，同樣
的字將用印第語寫在左上邊緣處；在標誌與英文字下方，將寫上"3-14 October 2010"。

NEW DELHI: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will soon release new Rs 5 and Rs
2 coins with the 19th Commonwealth Games logo.

The reverse of both the coins will bear the logo at the centre, with the
words — ‘‘XIX Commonwealth Games, 2010-Delhi” — in English. On the left
upper periphery, it will be written in Hindi, the RBI said on Monday. Below
the logo in international numerals and English will be written — ‘‘3-14
October 2010”.

The coins are legal tenders as provided in the Indian Coinage Act, 1906. ‘‘
The existing Rs 5 and Rs 2 coins in circulation will also continue to be
legal tenders,” the RBI said.
