去加拿大到底該買什麼回來？ - 溫哥華

各位版上網友好：
下周就要飛去溫哥華約十天的時間，
行前在版上爬文，
也google過一些關鍵字，
但實在還是不知道該買什麼紀念品或者划算的東西回台....
所以就在版上發文詢問了，希望版友們有時間能替我解惑一下....
本來想鎖定Roots, MAC, Escents這三品牌，
還有網上大部分都會推薦的楓糖餅，
但是，爬越多文發現許多網友提供的資訊都是2005或2008....
實在是離2012有段距離，
又有網友說因為稅制還有幣值的關係，上述所提的品牌到加拿大買也沒有比較划算了...
那，這樣子實在是令我無奈萬分，
因為去加拿大不是純觀光，
雖然住在離DOWNTOWN好像不遠的飯店，
但是只有一兩天的空閒時間，於是想鎖定特定的牌子購買。
知道版友一定回答過很多這種超級觀光客的問題，但我還是希望能得到一些解答！
1. Roots, MAC, Escents這些牌子真的沒有必要到加拿大買嗎？ (價差大約?)
2. 除了上述牌子，有沒有特別推薦的實用品牌？（吃的、用的皆可）
3. 有沒有推薦的入門款冰酒？
4. 近郊有沒有推薦去觀光的景點？
最後還想問天氣大概怎麼樣，是不是像台北一樣很潮濕呢？
