我人在台灣 預計在台灣辦移民簽證
目前進度走到 NVC (已付費 345USD/per)

Education: PhD in Physics
Visa Status: outside the US
Journal Paper: 20
Citation: > 240 (Google Scholar)

Recommendation Letter:
Independent: 4
China Professor (friend & cite my paper)
German Professor (cite my paper)
USA Professor A (met at conference & cite my paper)
USA Professor B (亂槍打鳥找offer認識)

Timeline:
2015.10.05 sign with VChen (approval or refund)
2016.04.06 NSC recieved 140 petition
2016.11.04 Case was transferred to TSC
2016.11.29 I-140 approved by TSC
2016.12.28 case was transferred to NVC
2017.01.13 IV Fee request received
2017.01.26 Fee paid

目前板上還沒有NIW走完CP的分享 等我日後完成後我再來報告
NIW和一般的依親或是樂透綠卡稍微不同的是不需要提財力證明(!?)

我有想要讓我的小孩在綠卡上有美國名字
可以在填DS260時做這件事嗎？他們的護照都只有英文發音的中文名字
