You may use a CSB ATM card at Cirrus, NYCE and tx machines nationwide.
The surcharges are determined by the other banks, and generally run
between $1.00 to $2.00.

CSB is proud to be a member of the SUM Program. CSB customers can
avoid paying other banks' surcharges by using one of more than 2,800
non-CSB ATMs that are part of the SUM Program-just look for the SUM
logo.

And, customers in Relationship Banking packages will never be charged
an ATM fee, by CSB, to use a non-CSB ATM anywhere in the United States.
To learn more about our Relationship Packages, simply visit any of our
Banking Centers or call the Customer Service Center at the phone number
below. Customers not in a Relationship Package are charged $1.00, by
CSB, for any transaction performed at a non-CSB ATM.

Also, when traveling outside of the U. S., you may use ATMs with the
Cirrus sign. Prior to your overseas trip, you may find it helpful to
visit www.mastercard.com for a listing of CIRRUS international ATM
locations.
