在美國被開交通罰單．進階篇 - 洛杉磯

今天剛好收到COURTESY NOTICE,

總金額$212 上TRAFFIC SCHOOL$262 多$40....

我原本的打算是要先延期, 然後申請COURT TRIAL去請求法官讓我的罰金

便宜一點, 沒想到信背面居然有一點讓我很吐血

If you elect to attend traffic school you are advised of the following:

其中點6. You have the right to a court trial within 45 days from
the date of your arragnment and you waive that right in order
to attend traffic school.

見鬼了嗎, 這樣不是說如果我要去上課銷點,就不能去跟法官求情了..

誰有相關經驗可以幫解讀一下...感激 > <"
