歹事，煩請Melbourne的版友再鑑定一下
我收到一個在colleges教書的27歲女老師的email
她的flat在Little Bourke Street, Melbourne CBD，Rent$600 Bond$300，最少租兩個月
包Electricity, gas, cable, phone.(沒說到water，不知道包不包)
而且家具方面一應俱全：Alarm system, Cable reply, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher,
Microwave. Kitchen access, Storage, Gym
還有Air conditioning, Private entrance, Private bath, Phone jack,Satellite TV,
Cable jack, Closet. Internet access
而且個人臥室是double beds，房間一整個大!

一整個超心動，不知道有沒有什麼陷阱(ex.凶宅...)
