天兔颱風撲台，CNN報導天兔威力還在增加，因為天兔颱風的外圍環流完整，並且逐漸擴大，可能會為台灣山區帶來強勁雨量，而在地球另一端，墨西哥才剛經歷雙股熱帶風暴
襲擊，有2/3國土遭受重創，引發山洪、土石流，造成至少80人死亡，死傷數字仍持續攀升。
CNN主播：「這個颱風(天兔)，有可能成為超級颱風。」
CNN表示，因為外圍環流擴大，逼近台灣的天兔颱風來勢洶洶。CNN氣象主播：「這是很驚
人的完整風暴，外圍環流相當強，來看看暴風接觸台灣實際狀況，觀察圖上的曲線改變，
很清楚地顯示，山區必定受到影響，主要影響在雨量。」
而在地球另一端，墨西哥才在英格麗颶風和曼紐爾熱帶風暴兩股風暴夾擊下，2/3國土 ，
受到大雨摧殘，道路被滾滾泥水淹沒，民眾在旁看得不知所措，部分地區水淹2層樓高，
墨西哥軍隊出動水上摩托車救災，大雨癱瘓交通，有民眾驚險在漂浮垃圾的水中游泳，
鱷魚隨著大水出現，嚇壞當地民眾。
暴雨引發山洪、土石流，渡假勝地阿卡波可，超過四萬名旅客行程延誤，雨災死傷數字持
續攀升，墨西哥軍隊目前正在極力搶救，暴雨讓多數墨西哥民眾無家可歸，只能暫時安身
避難所。
