中度颱風天秤上午8時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方530公里海面上，以每小時11公里速度
，向北轉北北西進行，路徑偏南，很可能在台東登陸，氣象局預計下午2時30分發布海上
颱風警報，最快今晚至明晨發陸上警報。
各國預測，天秤後方的布拉萬威力持續增強，不排除會變為中度颱風，並有可能增強為強
颱。氣象局表示，受天秤颱風外圍環流影響，台灣東南部海面及東北部海面平均風力6-7
級，最大陣風9級，蘭嶼和綠島近海已出現6米長浪，民眾不可輕忽威力。
