（中央社記者盧太城台東縣28日電）蘭嶼遭到17級強風和5公尺高大浪襲擊，蘭嶼鄉長江
多利說，「有史以來最慘」，開元港5、60艘機動船和拼板舟全被吞噬。
天秤颱風暴風圈今天凌晨掃過蘭嶼島，5、6公尺高的大浪打上岸，島上吹起17級強風，全
島滿目瘡痍。
受創最慘的是椰油村，大浪打進開元港，港內5、60艘機動船和停放在岸邊的拼板舟全部
遭到大浪吞噬。位於開元港附近的加油站，面目全非，加油槍不見，嚴重影響島上居民生
活。
巨浪還衝上環島公路，海上礁岩、石頭堆在公路上，公路旁的台東地區農會超商被夷為平
地，到處都是沖上岸的海砂。
另外，蘭嶼機場跑道上都是飄流木、石頭，跑道後端疑似被淘空，玻璃散落滿地；蘭嶼中
學操場宛如沙灘，都是礁石、海砂，即將開學，校長、老師傷透腦筋。
蘭嶼全島大停電，室內電話、手機停擺，災害應變中心只能靠無線電指揮救災。1010828
