天秤進逼 入夜後暴風圈襲台

中央氣象局今天表示，中度颱風天秤接近，
預估東半部在今天入夜進入暴風圈，北部晚上有陣雨，明天上午也會進入暴風圈。
氣象局預估，天秤颱風中心的登陸地點在花蓮或台東。
氣象局指出，天秤颱風上午12時的中心位置在台東的東方330公里處，
以時速9公里，向西北西轉西進行，7級風半徑180公里，10級風半徑50公里，
近中心最大速每秒40公尺。
最新的資料顯示，過去3個小時，天秤的移動速度緩慢。
預估天秤颱風明天上午11時的中心位置，在台東的東北東方130公里海面。
海上警戒區域包括台灣東北部、東南部海面及巴士海峽航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備；
陸上警戒區域包括宜蘭、花蓮、台東、綠島及蘭嶼地區，
應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。1010822
